Class Registration
A registration is not fully complete until required student information, payment requirements, waivers, and any class-specific prerequisites are satisfied. MI Marksmen may decline, cancel, or reschedule a registration when necessary for safety, compliance, capacity, weather, instructor availability, facility requirements, or operational reasons.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing class instructions, arriving on time, following all safety rules, complying with instructor directions, and bringing required documents, equipment, identification, and materials listed for the class.
Eligibility and Conduct
MI Marksmen may refuse or remove a participant when conduct, safety concerns, legal restrictions, intoxication, unsafe handling, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow instructor directions creates risk or violates class requirements.
Accounts and Access
Student and instructor accounts are intended for the authorized account holder only. Users are responsible for maintaining password security and notifying MI Marksmen of suspected unauthorized account use.
Payments, Quotes, and Services
Training payments, deposits, service quotes, customization requests, and other fees are subject to the applicable payment, refund, cancellation, and quote terms shown at the time of booking or provided by MI Marksmen.
Content and Intellectual Property
Website content, class materials, certificates, forms, graphics, and platform content may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without permission unless expressly allowed.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Training is educational and safety-oriented. MI Marksmen does not guarantee licensing outcomes, legal eligibility, certification acceptance by any third party, performance improvement, or government approval.
Limitation of Liability
